Readers of London\’s New Statesman and Nation were asked to play a game originated by Philosopher Bertrand Russell．On B．B．C．\’s Brain Trust programme，he had hu mourously conjugated an \”irregular verb\” as．

\”I am firm；you are obstinate，he is a pigheaded fool．\”

Among the winners picked up by the New Statesman in its competition were the following：

I am sparkling；you are unusually talkative；he is drunk．

I am righteously indignant；you are annoyed；he is making a fuss about nothing．

I am beautiful； you have quite good features；she isn\’tbad looking， if you like that type．

I am fastidious；you are fussy；he is an old woman．

I have reconsidered it；you have changed your mind； hehas gone back on his word．

I have about me something of the subtle， haunting，mysterious fragrance of the Orient； you rather overdo it； dear；shestinks．
